Maximiliano Fetzer & Kevin Theobald
The two founders Kevin Theobald and Maximiliano Fetzer met during their professional careers in a premium fitness and health facility. Quickly the two studied “Bachelor of Arts Fitness Economists” realized that their professional visions for the future overlapped.
Their vision was to deliver maximum added value to the fitness and health industry, as well as their clients. Motivation, training success, performance optimization, as well as ensuring physical health were to be made affordable for every client through personal training and demonstrate how important exercise is to everyone’s life.
While Kevin acted as general manager, Max acted as personal trainer. One coordinated everything around client acquisition and customer acquisition, the other took care of the design and implementation of the individual training sessions. After years of experience in the sports science sector, the founders realized that in both the “personal training” and “BGM-BGF” sectors, some crucial factors such as the intrinsic motivation of the participants and the cost factor posed problems.
After long brainstorming and subsequent development work of a solution-oriented and sustainable concept it was then so far “Working Heros” was created. Working Heros is a concept for every man and should convince the entire social class that an individualized personal training and a healthy lifestyle leads to a better quality of life and better performance in everyday life.
Furthermore, the concept should be consciously subsidized by employers, health insurance companies in the form of BGF actively to reduce the cost for the end user (employee) and make affordable.
